DRAMA DOLLS RELEASES NEW SINGLE - "DANCING"
A songwriter once said, "Tomorrow all my problems will be waiting for me, so tonight let's just be free". In their new single, the Drama Dolls say, "Let's solve our problems with dancing." I think there might be something to this line of thinking, and it's not just because I wrote the first one, it's because we're both right, and it's great advice for one and all.
The garage/punk band compares their new single "Dancing" to Blondie, which is accurate, but I'm getting more classic Go Go's vibes, filtered through an episode of Happy Days. Think female-fronted, slightly more subdued Ramones and you're getting warmer. The song is fun, catchy, and appropriately danceable, and call me simple, but by god, that's good enough for me.
