"Are You Thinking Of Me", the debut single from Salt Lake City-based band, The Starkillers, is an infectiously catchy new pop rock tune that features melodic vocal flows over a well-produced instrumental. What a debut!
The band really shines here by blending sounds reminiscent of some major players in the genre with their own style. Overall we're left with a refreshing new indie/alt-rock bop that's the perfect anthem to ride out the end of the Summer. When the track is over, you're left wanting more. Fortunately, we've been told this is the first single from the band's debut album which will be out sometime later this year.
