London-based artist, Tally Spear, recently just dropped their powerful new single, "Want To Want You". Boasting a nostalgic pop-punk sound with a modern twist, this is a dynamic new tune that any fan of the genre is going to love. What a release!
Melodic and well-produced instrumentals hit hard from the first note to the last as you're handed hypnotic vocal flows with clever and heartfelt lyricism. The unique transitions in the track really sell the overall style as you're handed elements of alt-rock, pop punk, emo, post-hardcore, and pop rock. Tally Spear shines brightly by being able to deliver a style that feels both nostalgic while at the same time new. That's a very difficult feat to accomplish. It looks like they've been steadily releasing singles over the last two years, so if you like what you hear, make sure to take a deep dive into their discography.
