HEAVYSEAS RELEASES NEW SINGLE - "WHAT YOU MEAN TO ME"
I've been receiving a rash of Pop Punk submissions recently and I have to say, whilst I've always been more of a Skate/Melodic Punk myself, the overall quality of the music is really impressive.
Heavyseas are no exception; with soaring vocals, solid musicianship and an entirely appropriate guest appearance by Scott from Rufio, their new single "What You Mean To Me" touches on the usual subject matter: love, waning intimacy, unsaid truths, and it does so with a clean, solid and well-produced delivery.
In short, Heavyseas may not be reinventing the Pop-Punk wheel, but they make the rim look damn shiny. It's a fun, super uplifting listen and for that, I salute thee.
We added the single to our Underground Punk playlist on Spotify.
