DONEFOR RELEASES NEW SINGLE - "WARM PBR"
Pop Punk outfit DONEFOR's new single, "Warm PBR" is an energetic, anthemic ode to something I can relate to incredibly well. Whilst I definitely wasn't 5 when I first heard Bowling For Soup, (5 years old? Christ, time for my colonoscopy stat.), this song touches on the realization that the touring, vagabond lifestyle you dreamed of as a kid has actually come true. Fittingly featuring Jaret from Bowling For Soup, the song brought a smile to my face by mentioning the good, the bad, and the ugly (nothing uglier than warm PBR) of a touring musician's average day, and how it might be exhausting, but still every bit worth it when you're having fun and doing what you love.
Complete with a solid breakdown and obligatory crowd-participation section, this one is an easy win for any Pop Punk fan or just a fellow musician. Well done, youngins', keep up the good work, and for god's sake, take a shower and get some sleep.
We got this single added to our Underground Punk playlist on Spotify.
