"If I were an astronaut", the latest single from Stockholm-based band, Washing Machina, is a beautifully crafted new tune that features a unique sound that's both eerie and melodic. Soft vocal flows lightly bounce off anthemic instrumentals that keep the listener guessing as to what will happen next.
Airy guitar work is heavily complemented by solid bass lines, punchy drums, and clever lyricism. Unique transitions keep the whole track together and the listener engaged, leaving us with a refreshing new tune that leaves you wanting more. We're not sure what the indie rock group has planned next, but it's clear that Washing Machina has found "their sound", and we're here for it!
