Arkansas garage rockers The Streakers have just released a fun new single entitled “Alley-Oop.” Strains of 50s rock n roll in the verses tumble together with rollicking proto-punk choruses, all narrated by modern relaxed indie vocals. The mid-song 50s style ballad groove is the cherry on top of a delicious malted milkshake. Spin this at your next sock hop and it’s a guaranteed good time for all.
