North Carolina-based Punk Rockers, Totally Slow, is back with a killer new single! "The Lost Art of Shutting Up" is an anthemic tune that throws the listener down a wild ride of ripping guitar work, unique transitions, powerful vocal work, and spot-on punk/post-punk production.
