Germany-based duo, The Virginia Planes, just dropped their anthemic new single, "The Siren Call". Boasting an infectious energy that hits hard from the first note and keeps you engaged until the last, this is a dynamic new tune that's tough to take off repeat. What a release!
Elements of indie, alt-rock, grunge, and post-punk all make an appearance here. The duo shines brightly by being able to blend these styles and deliver a sound that feels both nostalgic and refreshing. Ripping instrumentals carry an airy and melodic vocal flow through unique transitions and spot-on production work. It's always great to come across a sound that's this refreshing. We're not sure what The Virginia Planes have planned next, but "The Siren Call" has served as an impressive introduction to their writing style and we can't wait to hear more.
