Let's all make Pirate Punk the next big thing, okay? Our favorite Punk Rock Buccaneers The Groggy Dogs just released their new single "Ten Thousand Miles Away", and it is so damn good.
We covered the band's last "The Coast of High Barbary" earlier this month. Since then we've become big fans, and have been eagerly awaiting new tunes! The band delivered here. This track is full of powerful instrumentals, catchy choruses, unique transitions, and narrative lyrical work that's heavily complimented by the music video they released to accompany the single.
The Groggy Dogs may be a newer band, but keep your eyes on this project, because we're sure they'll be a well known name soon. We added this track to our Underground Punk playlist on Spotify. We also feel the need to warn you that by the time "Ten Thousand Miles Away" is over, you might find yourself incapable of not hitting replay to experience it all over again.
