London-based band, The Graft, just dropped their debut album, Chirpse. A 10-track ride that comes fully equipped with ripping instrumentals and hypnotic vocal flows, this is a dynamic release that boasts a catchy blend of styles. What a debut!
Elements of Punk, Alternative, Garage Rock, and straight-up Rock n Roll all make a presence here. The band shines brightly by being able to creatively blend the styles to deliver a refreshing and nostalgic sound. Each track flows seamlessly into the next, which is why we think this album is so easy to leave on repeat. Chirpse feels like a complete album and not just a collection of songs.
Whether it's the infectious energy, the raw mentality, the spot-on production work, or the unique transitions, The Graft has succeeded in releasing an album that'll leave any fan of the genre ready to hear more.
