SPEARSIDE RELEASES NEW EP - "HATCHET MAN"

Ireland based duo, Spearside, just released their new EP, Hatchet Man. A 4-track ride that comes fully equipped with ripping instrumentals, powerful vocal flows, and a dynamic blend of styles, this is a killer set of tracks that's way too easy to leave on repeat. What a release!

Boasting a unique blend of Punk, Grunge, Alt-Rock, and more, the duo shines here by delivering a sound that feels nostalgic while at the same time new. That's not an easy feat to accomplish, especially today. Instrumentals hit hard with fuzzy distortion and the vocals flip between and inviting airy sound and gritty screams. It's always refreshing to comes across a project that hits this hard and shows that the world of underground alternative music is alive and well.

Each track flows seamlessly into the next on this release. That's why Hatchet Man feels so complete. Our only complaint is that we wish it was longer! By the time this release is over, all you'll want to do more, but that is exactly what an EP is supposed to do.
