The latest single from East coast pop punk trio Scooped Up is a bounce house of fun. It features all the trademarks of 2000s pop punk - crystal clear vocals, crisp strings, snappy drums, brevity and vivacity. We hear strains of Bad Cop/Bad Cop in this track’s take on classic-turned-modern punk.
But there is an indie style uniqueness to the vocals that we don’t hear in most pop punk and it’s both inspiring and refreshing. We love to hear a change of pace within the old styles. This track rocks and so does this band.
We added this track to our Underground Punk playlist on Spotify. Check out the expertly filmed video for “Dislexic” and follow Scooped Up for more band updates.
