“Hold Your Ground,” a new track from UK-based punk rock trio Project Revise, is a classic 2000s style pop punk hit with a bit of hardcore cheekiness. It starts with crunchy bass, riff heavy guitar, and super tight drumming. Pitch perfect strong vocal harmonies in not only the choruses but also much of the verse vocals neatly tie the trio’s tone together.
The music video for this track is heartwarmingly fun as it features myriad friends and fans lip syncing along while the band plays from their practice space. It’s a very well done remotely collaborated DIY pandemic video, and it even features Jaret Reddick from Bowling for Soup!
