Austin-based band, Naga Brujo, brings an anthemic blend of styles to the table with their new EP, Canceled. Boasting a refreshing blend of punk, grunge, hard rock, and alt-rock, this 4 track banger is full of infectious energy that'll keep you engaged and wanting to hear more. What a release!

The band really shines here by being able to capture a raw sound without sacrificing too much production quality. The vocal work is clean and powerful, the guitars rip through a bass-heavy instrumental, the drums are punchy and well-played... everything hits here as it should. There are also very fluid transitions between each track. Best enjoyed front to back, Canceled is a catchy set of songs that serve as an impressive display of songwriting.

Powerful lyricism is a staple behind each track, and it's a main reason why we ended up listening to this EP on repeat. You're thrown into quite the wild ride when kicking off track one, and the last thing you want to do is cut the journey short. By the time this thing is over, all you want to do is hear more, and that's exactly what an EP is supposed to do.

We added tracks from the EP to both our Underground Punk and Underground Indie & Alternative playlists on Spotify. You can jam along to the whole release in its entirety below. If you like what you hear, make sure to follow Naga Brujo to stay on top of future releases!
