Seattle-based band, Exploded Drawing, brings a unique blend of styles to the table with their debut single, "Sleepyhead". Kicking off with a slower start, the track focuses on mellowed-out vibes and gentle vocal work over catchy guitar licks. From there, you're thrown into quite the wild ride.
Just as you think you're starting to understand the style, "Sleepyhead" erupts into a massive sound. Punk, Garage, and Grunge elements smash together in a beautifully orchestrated chaos as you're handed heavier vocal work, ripping instrumentals, and unique transitions. What a debut! While we're not sure what the band has planned next, this is an impressive introduction to their sound, and we can't wait to hear more.
