U.K.-based band Tripsun just delivered their powerful debut album, Kill The Dream. A 12-track ride that comes fully equipped with anthemic vocal flows, hard-hitting instrumentals, unique transitions, and spot-on production work, this is a dynamic release that serves as an impressive display of songwriting. What a debut!
This band has been on our radar for a little while now. They've had a busy year releasing a string of singles in anticipation for the new album. Boasting an infectious sound created with elements of Punk, Emo, Alternative Rock, Indie Rock, and Pop Rock, the band shines brightly here by being able to mold their influences into one creative and refreshing sound.
Each track flows seamlessly into the next on Kill The Dream. This album feels very full and complete, not just like a collection of tracks. It's always so refreshing to come across a band like this that is out here keeping the alternative music world alive. If it wasn't for smaller (but soon hopefully much bigger) bands like Tripsun, the underground alternative music world would crumble.
