"Absolution in Savagery", the latest single from Harrisburg-based Death Metal band, Truth Devoid, is an incredibly epic track that hits heavy from the first note and keeps the momentum up until its last. It's almost hard to wrap your head around the performance on the first go. We took a few trips down this wild ride, and we'll be the first to tell you, it's very worth it. Damn!
Almost irresponsibly fast drums lay the foundation for this track as you're being handed shredding guitar work, hypnotic bass lines, and fiery vocals. Unique transitions keep the listener engaged and curious about what orchestrated chaos is coming for them next. Add in the spot-on production, and you're left with this banger of a track that any fan of the genre will enjoy.
