Detroit-based band, Touch the Clouds, just dropped their catchy new single, "Be patient". Featuring hypnotic vocal flows over a dancey and well-crafted instrumental, this is a beautifully produced new tune that's way too easy to leave on repeat.
Elements of indie rock/pop and alt-rock blend together to leave us with a refreshing and nostalgic track that's perfect to close out the Summer and bring in the Fall. The band really shines here by pulling familiar elements from major players in the genre and mixing them with their own sound. Big and catchy singalong hooks take listeners through an anthemic ride of dancey guitar licks, groovy bass lines, punchy drums, and spot-on production. We're told that "Be Patient" is the third single from the band's upcoming LP. If this is any indication of what fans can expect from the new album, then it's pretty safe to say that we're in for quite the release.
