"Free Falling", the latest single from U.K. based indie/punk band, The Kid and I, is a melodic new tune that features catchy vocal flows over a well-performed and diverse instrumental. Stripped-down production boosts the track's overall vibe and we're left with a raw and anthemic banger. What a release!
Elements of minimalism are creatively utilized throughout the first half of the track before it erupts into a massive and powerful outro. The band shines by crafting a unique blend of styles with unique transitions to keep you engaged from the first note to the last. While we're not sure what they have planned next, "Free Falling" is a release that leaves us excited to find out.
