SANCHO PANZER RELEASES NEW SINGLE - "EASY ANSWERS"
First off, the band name makes you laugh and simultaneously makes you feel smart for getting it, and I don't often feel smart, so I thank them for that.
What we have here is an upbeat, easy song to listen to that's very stylish in its simplicity. It's fun and catchy and very well-executed, and on the surface, that could be it. Well done, review over.
Then you read the lyrics and realize that it's a very clever warning: don't believe the car salesman with the great pitch, for often that's the best it's gonna get. And that goes for anyone, perhaps a politician in this case?
Whatever the case, it's a really good rock song with a little subversion thrown in, and I can always appreciate that.
