Australian Indie/Punk band, Venice on Fire, just released their new single "Burning". To put it shortly, it is a great track. This was our first time listening to the band, and this song shows what kind of potential Venice on Fire has.
There is room for growth in the sound that the band is going for. Is it a perfect song? No... but it's pretty damn close. The song deserves a full listen, as that's the only way to get the full sound that Venice on Fire has going for them. The breakdown/outro of the song will give you chills, and make you want to start the song over after it's finished. Our hope is that their follow up songs will get listeners to that point earlier.
That being said, "Burning" is a song we've been playing on repeat since it's release. It's safe to say that you'll be seeing this song on our "Best of Indie 2019" list at the end of the year.
