Indie Pop band Rikas from Germany just released their new single "Overthinking". The track is amazing. Impressive vocal work. harmonies, instrumentals, unique transitions, top notch production... Every element is there to make this the total hit single that it is.
To accompany the track, the band also released a music video for "Overthinking". We've reviewed hundreds of Music Videos this year, but this one takes the top slot. Reminiscent of a Wes Anderson film, the video is hilarious. Not only does it showcase the bands sense of humor, it also does a great job at capturing the vibe the song gives off.
This was somehow our first time listening to the group, honestly we have no clue how they slipped through our radar, but this release has guaranteed that it won't be the last. We've added "Overthinking" to the top spot on our Underground Indie & Alternative playlist on Spotify, and there's a good chance you'll see this track on our Best of 2020 list at the end of the year.
