Philly based trio, My Cousin's Girlfriend's House, has been busy releasing a string of singles this year. Their latest, "Going", is an anthemic new tune that boasts a poppy blend of indie, alt, and punk rock elements. The light and dancey vibe given off by the instrumental work is boosted by clever lyricism and hypnotic vocal flows. Overall, this is a refreshing and catchy single that's easy to leave on repeat.
Unique transitions will keep you engaged as you're handed big hooks and spot-on production work. The band really shines here by crafting a unique sound that pulls from multiple genres and styles. Releases like this will no doubt continue to earn the band new fans, and we're stoked to see what they have planned next!
From what we can tell, it looks like the My Cousin's Girlfriend's House has a pretty busy rest of 2022. Make sure to follow along (linked above) to stay on top of what they have going on.
