Canadian Post-Hardcore band Hotknives have been on the Havoc Radar for the last few months. This is a band that has been able to blend anthemic and melodic elements with themes of aggression, frustration, and straight up Hardcore. Their new track "Specular" is a perfect example of this.
Hotknives has been busy this year releasing a few singles along with an EP. We're not joking when we tell you that every song they have put out is a hit. Though we're true fans of everything the band has done this year, we have to say that "Specular" is our favorite release so far. The raw emotion that is showcased in this track sends chills down your spine. We don't make these statements often this early in the year, but you can expect to see this track in our Best of 2020 list at the end of the year.
