Guernsey-based band, Coastal Fire Dept, just released their new single, "Gentleman". Boasting an infectious blend of punk. grunge, and straight-up rock n roll, this is a catchy new tune that's easy to leave on repeat. What a release!

Featuring a melodic instrumental equipped with ripping guitars, punchy drums, and solid bass lines, "Gentleman" is heavily complemented by its raw anthemic vocal work. With lyricism targeting the unacceptable behavior of predatory men toward women, this track hits hard and dives deep into a heartfelt meaning. We're not sure what the band has planned next, but this was an awesome introduction to their powerful sound. It looks like this is the second single they put out this year, so we'll be keeping an eye out for future releases. Any fan of the punk/grunge style similar to Title Fight and Nirvana will most likely want to do the same.

You can check out the music video for the new single below. We also added the track to our Underground Punk playlist on Spotify. If you like what you hear, make sure to follow Coastal Fire Dept to stay on top of what else they have going on!
