CALL THE WOLF RELEASES NEW SINGLE - "PEOPLE DISAPPEAR"

Call The Wolf is an alt-rock band from Canada that combines grunge, post-hardcore, and punk rock influences. “People Disappear” is the latest single from the group and combines these influences, sounding like an ode to the grunge and alternative rock titans that came before them, like Nirvana and the Foo Fighters.

People Disappear” immediately grabs your attention with the thumping bass riff that carries the verses. These verses remind me of the pulsing build-ups in Nirvana’s In Utero. The chorus is infectious and an earworm, an arena-filling hook that reminds one of pivotal Foo Fighters or Queens Of The Stone Age tracks. The band describes the single’s lyrics to portray the feelings of loneliness, fear, and envy when people disappear from our lives. While Call The Wolf has yet to hit superstardom, all the ingredients for a hit track are present in “People Disappear.”
